Born and bred in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, I’m fascinated with the mind and how it works. Maybe its because the mind is the only thing I can have control over. I learned a long time ago that by changing the way I perceive an event helps me give a better reaction to it. More on this in my blog….
I work for MSC.Software in Malaysia as their Technical Manager, overseeing the technical support issues of MSC.Software’s customers in Malaysia. I also provide my expertise in consulting work and pre-sales activities, ie. explaining the technical aspects of MSC’s software’s to current and potential buyers.
By the way, MSC.Software develops and sells software’s that helps product developers come up with better and more durable products. It does this by employing Virtual product Development (VPD) techniques, like Finite Element Analysis (FEA), MultiBody Dynamics (MBD) and others….
I have also recently embarked on my PhD program, studying the crack propagation through beams. Doing it part time at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). It will take me 6 years to complete it, ie. in 2012.
Besides that, I spend my time playing chess and programming - currently in Php, trying to write my own search engine. No, I am not going to challenge Google.
That’s all from me.
