1Subsea Pipeline Design, Analysis, and Installation by Qiang Bai (Author), Yong Bai (Author)This is one of the best books I have read on this topic. It is very thorough and has detailed explanations and calculations that we engineers can learn and use. Highly recommended.
2Subsea Pipeline Engineering by Andrew C. Palmer, Roger KingThis is another good book by a good author but I think this book is a bit too simplified without much calculations. This is a more high level book that the Yong Bai book. Still its a good read.
3Subsea Engineering Handbook by Yong Bai, Qiang BaiThis book is more on the subsea structures rather than pipelines. It exposes you to the purpose of PLEM’s, PLET’s, subsea manifold, Christmas trees, pig launchers and so forth.
4Subsea Pipelines and Risers by Yong Bai, Qiang BaiThis was the only book I could find on the design of subsea risers. Although similar in principal to pipelines, risers have more stringent requirements.
5Fracture Mechanics: Fundamentals and Applications by Ted L. AndersonThis is the Bible of fracture mechanics that everyone should have. The concepts are explained clearly and thoroughly.

5Man’s Search for Meaning by Victor FranklImaging being in prison and fearing that at anytime, someone would come and decide you’re next to be burnt or killed.

In “Man’s Search for Meaning,” Viktor Frankl recounts his harrowing experiences in Nazi concentration camps during World War II.

Despite the unimaginable suffering, Frankl finds hope and meaning in the midst of unimaginable horror.

This is not a feel good book. This is how Frankl uses his knowledge to stay alive.

He develops logotherapy, a psychological approach that emphasizes finding purpose and meaning in life. Through his story, Frankl shows that even in the darkest times, individuals have the power to choose their attitude and find ways to survive and thrive.

This powerful memoir is a testament to the human spirit and its capacity for resilience and hope.
